Responsibilities:


• Oversee security personnel, including staffing, coaching, and performance evaluation, while ensuring compliance with security measures and company policies.

• Conduct risk assessments, review security reports, and recommend proactive security improvements.

• Facilitate security training, liaise with local authorities, and collaborate with branch managers and administrative officers on security matters.

• Ensure proper maintenance of security equipment and enforce the mandatory reshuffling of security personnel every three months.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology, or equivalent.

  • At least 3 to 5 years' work experience as Security Officer, with exposure in security training, orientation, and investigation.

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
