Ortigas, Philippines Welcome Finance, Inc. Full time ₱240,000 - ₱480,000 per year

A. Hardware/Network:

  • Maintains the availability of both Primary and secondary data center.
  • Oversee the needs for improvement of the IT Infrastructure of the company.
  • Managed the user controls of the company system (email, system, AD, VOIP etc.) including deactivation of user access when needed or management calls.
  • Manage and Maintain the Network and Server of the Company.

B. Software

  • Administer all software installation needed to the server.
  • Managed the antivirus of the company and monitors the renewal of the solutions.
  • Monitors all the application and software install on each employee of the company.

C. IT Personnel Management:

  • Ensure that all reported concerned are being addressed by the IT associate.
  • Provide effective meeting to the IT team and discuss major and minor concern of the company.
  • Monitors the activity of the IT Associate.

D. Security

  • Ensure that all resigned employees are deactivated to the system, especially in the door biometrics
  • Monitors the request of access and system modification.
  • Ensure and monitors the authorized person inside the data center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electronics/Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology.
  • With at least 3-year experience in supporting, implementing, securing and administering corporate desktops, servers and systems.
  • Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN technologies
  • Knowledgeable in active directory
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
