Overall Duties And Responsibilities
Does
(Tasks / Responsibilities):
- Lead the process of collecting, verifying, and updating partner information and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for managing partner documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support partner onboarding and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of partner data and documentation to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a centralized repository for partner information and ensure easy access for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards that may affect partner documentation requirements.

- Proven experience in data management, document control, or compliance, preferably in a partnership or vendor management context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.

- Prepare and present regular reports on partner information status and compliance to management.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on documentation processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Effective project monitoring to ensure timely implementation across the group.
- Meet project-specific deliverables with quality results.

Ensure clear, consistent, and sound GCash policies, programs, and partner experience are implemented.
- Compliance with Partner Information and Documents Update policies.
Timeliness, clarity, and accuracy of reports and analysis.

Optimize operations and ensure clear communication of lacking documentary requirements to partners.
Process:
Recommend process updates to existing policies and procedures manuals to improve internal processes and increase efficiency.
Improve consistency and quality of team output.

Foster a culture of collaboration and learning through discovery sessions with teammates.
