Main Objective of the Job

-To validate, monitor and process payment for all expenses (materials, supplies, consumables, overhead cost, subcon, warehouse stock and labor cost)

-Day-to-day management of all payment cycle and record them in a timely and efficient manner

-To validate, monitor and review company purchased assets and record depreciation accordingly

-Monitor gasoline consumption, repair & maintenance and other related vehicle expenses

-The Timekeeper is responsible for monitoring and recording employee attendance, time entries, and work hours to ensure accurate payroll processing. This role also involves verifying timesheets, addressing discrepancies, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

-BS Accountancy

-Knowledgeable in Cost Accounting and Excel Formulas

-Must have 2 years experience

-Must have critical and analytical thinking

-Overall Accounting Support

-Typing
