Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operational transactions in the branch, as makers and reviewers of OTHERS transactions at the Mother Branch.

  • Process, review, monitor, document, and support all loan operations transactions and documentation, specifically In the BKG and OTHERS transactions.

As maker /reviewer of OTHERs tasks, ensures that these are done / complied with within the specified TAT:

· ORCR batch receiving, checking, tagging, scanning and uploading,

· ensures accuracy of ORCRs prior to payments

· Makes DI and Loan Proceeds payments

· Documentary Management processing

· Documents Deficiency monitoring

· Updating of Document Checklist

· Sends Post Review reports to HO

· Repo/ROPOA and Notarization, yellow plating and cash sale monitoring

· Rush.Net confirmation of closed accounts

· Closed Accounts monitoring

· Safekeeps and monitor all submitted documents of accounts from booking to its date of destruction, ensuring document movements are properly recorded/transmitted.

· Ensures that the contents of Credit and Collateral documents are complete and properly labeled including checklist.

· Ensures safety of the documents against flooding during rainy season and typhoon

· Attends to the proper printing, scanning, and filing of documents following the prescribed Documentary Management Process.

· Controls access to records. Ensures no unauthorized release of the documents. Monitors the following:

  • Borrowed documents

  • Pull-out of documents

· Releases closed account documents to its proper recipients, subject to prior approval of the BOO.
