
HR Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment and Training:
-
Coordinate with Managers to determine staffing needs.
-
Screens resumes and conducts interviews with candidates.
-
Performs background checking.
-
Compile the Pre-Employment Requirements.
-
Will assist with the booking of plane tickets and accommodation of the trainees.
-
Assist to prepare the training materials, compile the written exams, summarizes the Attendance and Revalida Sheet.
-
Filing of an Employment Contract.
-
Assist to prepare and update the employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
B. Benefits:
-
Filling of Leave forms and Offset form
-
Maintain the records of the College Scholarship Benefit.
-
Assist with the administration of all benefits related tasks including but not limited to HMO, Insurance, College scholarships and statutory related benefits and claims.
C. Performance Appraisal and Salary Administration:
-
Assist in collecting the performance appraisal data from Managers.
D. Labor Practice and Code of Conduct:
-
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
E. Development:
-
Assist in conducting training sessions related to employee's job roles and plan team building activities.
F. Exit Clearance:
-
Assist in monitoring of the status of exit clearance of the resigned/terminated employees.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
-
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in general HR functions.
-
Related job and internship experience.
-
Proficient in MS Office.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A high level of attention to detail.
-
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
-
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
-
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
-
Thorough understanding of DOLE mandates and labor law.
-
Good work habits, attitude, and a strong sense of urgency.
-
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City.
