CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain time-service, quality and production goals using good work queue management and customer service skills
  • Maintain a high level of customer service skills. Present a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained, in observance of the HIPAA Compliance Policy
  • Handles a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gathers needed information in a timely manner. Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.
  • Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Perform both individually and as a team to meet daily production expectations
  • Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer issues

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates with at least 1 year HEALTHCARE experience
  • Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing.
