CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain time-service, quality and production goals using good work queue management and customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of customer service skills. Present a friendly and professional demeanor
- Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained, in observance of the HIPAA Compliance Policy
- Handles a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gathers needed information in a timely manner. Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.
- Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
- Perform both individually and as a team to meet daily production expectations
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with at least 1 year HEALTHCARE experience
- Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing.
