The HVAC/Electromechanical Technician should have comprehensive technical expertise in the operation of Exhaust and Fresh Air Systems for restaurant kitchens. This technical expertise in Mechanical systems enables the technician to accurately diagnose issues with Exhaust and Fresh air systems, and efficiently recommend fixes to bring these systems to optimal operating conditions. On top of this, the technician should have adequate knowledge on electrical requirements of these HVAC systems to complement their mechanical expertise.

  • Hands-on technical fieldwork in conducting diagnostics, preventive maintenance services and repair works of Kitchen Mechanical Systems (Exhaust and Fresh Air). Expertise on Gas Line and Fire Suppression systems is not required, but can be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics (Identifying exhaust and fresh air noises, inadequate air flow, non-operation of blowers, and electrical supply problems)
  • Removal and replacement of Exhaust and Fresh air system consumables (i.e., drive belts, filters, etc.)
  • Technical Knowledge (Understanding the principles and operation of the equipment they work with.)
  • Communication Skills (Explaining issues and repair plans clearly to clients and supervisors.)
  • Problem Solving Ability (Analyzing situations, identifying solutions and implementing them effectively.)
  • Attention to Detail (Precision in measurements, issues diagnosis, equipment specifications, etc.)
  • Time Management (Completing jobs efficiently and meeting deadlines.)
  • Leadership and Teamwork (Collaborating with other technicians, leading a service team comprising of project-based helpers to ensure quality of work during PMS/cleaning/calibration of exhaust and fresh air systems)
  • Professionalism (Arriving to job site or office punctually, exhibiting professional work etiquette)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
