on global best practices and empowering Canvanauts everywhere to thrive. This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence and strategic collaboration.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

• Owning daily operations of Canva's Manila office, ensuring it runs smoothly, safely, and to a consistently high standard
• Managing vendor relationships and performance across cleaning, security, maintenance, and workplace services
• Partnering with the Global Facilities Lead and Space Creation team to implement global tools, processes, and workplace programs
• Leading preventative maintenance initiatives, promptly resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with local safety and building regulations
• Overseeing construction projects as the core representative of Canva's Space Creation team in the Philippines
• Supporting moves, additions, changes, and minor facility projects within the office space
• Providing accurate reporting and valuable insights on space usage, team feedback, and vendor performance
• Collaborating closely with the Global Design, Build, and Experience teams to ensure facilities reflect Canva's cultural and operational objectives

You're Probably a Match If

• You have significant experience managing facilities operations, workplace safety, and vendor relationships in a global, multinational or multi-site environment.
• You're passionate and has experience in creating exceptional regional or global workplace experiences and thrive when driving strategic improvements.
• You hold a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification and have relevant experience as a Safety Officer 3 (SO3).
• You bring hands-on experience in construction project management, preferably as a core representative or lead
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills, effectively collaborating across global teams and diverse functions.
• You're comfortable challenging existing processes to raise standards and consistently improve workplace safety and efficiency.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing compliance with practical operational excellence.
• You're comfortable working full-time onsite and are open to being on-call, especially during emergency situations
