The Accounting Head will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting function, which includes intercompany accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance sheet management. The Accounting Head will also manage financial planning and analysis, provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, and ensure compliance with GAAP principles. You will be assigned at Silver Dragon Group of Companies Qualifications for Accounting HeadEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA).

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (strongly preferred). Work Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Skills and Competencies : Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Comprehensive knowledge of local tax regulations and financial standards.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Interpersonal Skills : Effective communication and team management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external auditors.

Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information. Certifications (Optional) : Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is an advantage. Training or certifications in advanced financial management is a plus.
