The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the arcade's services, events, and customer engagement activities. This role involves assisting in advertising campaigns, social media management, event promotions, and other initiatives to increase foot traffic and strengthen the arcade's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract customers
  • Support social media management by creating engaging posts, monitoring activity, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Distribute promotional materials and coordinate with suppliers for marketing collaterals
  • Help track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and prepare reports
  • Assist in developing creative content (posters, flyers, videos) to promote arcade games and events
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful execution of promotions and events
  • Conduct basic market research to understand customer trends and preferences
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • With or without marketing experience (experience in retail, entertainment, or F&B industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge in social media platforms, digital marketing, or event coordination preferred
  • Creative, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic skills in graphic design, content creation, or photo/video editing is an advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules to support events and promotions

Work Setup:

  • Arcade-based with occasional field/event work
  • 6-day work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
