DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To lead MEP construction department as Construction Manager.
  • To figure out and review problems at site, then give instructions on problem-solving to subcontractors.
  • To increase the productivity of subordinates and subcontractors through the work. Able to train site Engineers for proper site supervision, inspection and coordination with other trades.
  • To prepare/review method statement, Construction Control Sheets, Check sheet, instruction manual for the specified work/activity.
  • Coordinate with QAQC inspectors during inspection and follow up Sub-Con execution team to close all the issues raised by QAQC inspectors.
  • To discover cost-efficient and reasonable work method within the Subcontract.
  • To prepare MEP overall Master Schedule, MEP 3-months look ahead schedule based on MEP Overall Master Schedule and Catch-up schedule in case of delay from the approved Construction Master Schedule.
  • To coordinate Construction Master Schedule and daily site activities with other trades such as Civil, Structural, Architectural and Interface Contractors.
  • To coordinate and resolve difficulties and issues with ME Subcontractors on site in accordance with the Construction Schedule.
  • To conduct and organize MEP Monthly/Weekly/Daily meetings with MEP Subcontractors for site execution procedures, safety, drawings, method statement and other docs for smooth site execution.
  • Manage, evaluate, monitor and record Subcontractor daily manpower and site activities. Prepare Monthly/weekly progress reports and send to his Superior and conduct weekly site inspection with Subcontractor to ensure quality and deliverables of MEP works.
  • Site coordination with Civil Contractor, Architectural Contractor & all the Interface Contractors related to MEP site activities.
