Role Overview

IMAZ Corp., a fast-growing merchandising and e-commerce company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth coordination with logistics partners. The Warehouse Supervisor leads the warehouse team, enforces compliance with safety standards, and supports the company's retail and e-commerce distribution requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Monitor warehouse layout, organization, and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance protocols.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order accuracy, and warehouse performance.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP (Zoho experience a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
