Job Overview

The Project Execution Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of on-site development projects in Siargao, with primary focus on horizontal infrastructure works. This role is responsible for driving project delivery, managing contractors and site teams, and ensuring alignment with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate must be willing to be assigned on-site in Siargao.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the execution of horizontal development works including land development, roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site development.
  • Translate master plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications into executable site plans.
  • Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

Contractor & Team Management

  • Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and project staff.
  • Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions.
  • Enforce accountability for quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Cost, Schedule & Risk Management

  • Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, and material utilization.
  • Monitor costs, variations, and execution risks; recommend corrective actions.
  • Review and approve progress billings, variation orders, and execution-related documentation.

Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all works comply with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Enforce quality control systems and site safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with LGUs, regulatory agencies, and consultants for permits, inspections, and compliance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, execution updates, and risk assessments to management.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative for execution-related matters.
  • Align site execution with overall project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction or project execution, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in horizontal development projects (land development, roads, drainage, utilities).
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, site teams, and large-scale infrastructure works.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Siargao.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
