Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering the specific needs of events, experiential marketing, design, and digital projects.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Align project plans with the overall business strategy and goals.

Project Execution and Management:

  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Allocate resources appropriately, considering the unique requirements of each project.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive project success.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Establish strong working relationships and ensure clear communication channels.
  • Understand and address stakeholder expectations, managing their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project plans and deliverables.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the final delivery of projects, ensuring a seamless handover and transition to the client or relevant teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
