POSITION: Software Engineers for Servo Build

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Integrations

  • Build and maintain advanced automations using n8n, Zapier, and Make (Integromat).
  • Connect CRMs (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion), ATS platforms, and other business tools to streamline recruiting and operations.
  • Design and manage workflows using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Automate form submissions and data flows (e.g., Jotform → CRM → email outreach).

Data & Communication Layer

  • Ensure accurate, clean, and reliable data flow between systems.
  • Automate communication tasks, such as scheduling, email sequences, and SMS via tools like Twilio, Apollo, or Lemlist.

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Document all workflows, integrations, and processes for scalability.
  • Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to understand needs and build tailored automations.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and support to ensure workflows run smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
  • Strong knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) and ATS platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs and webhooks.
  • Comfortable with basic scripting in JavaScript or Python (reading/editing scripts, not necessarily advanced development).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written English for documenting processes.

Nice to Have (or Willing to Learn)

  • Exposure to AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, ).
  • Experience with observability/monitoring tools (PromptLayer, Langfuse).
  • Knowledge of data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
