Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented Rapid Prototyping Software Engineer to design and develop app prototypes at speed, showcasing AI and no-code solutions for our AI automation courses and community. You'll use tools like n8n, Framer, Glide, Bubble, and AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, Replit AI) to create functional prototypes that demonstrate real-world applications for our learners. If you excel at building apps quickly, experimenting with no-code/low-code platforms, and delivering polished demos, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly design and build functional app prototypes using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Framer, Glide, Bubble) and AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, Replit AI) to showcase in courses and community content.
  • Develop prototypes for real-world use cases (e.g., automation workflows, mobile apps, web tools) within tight timelines (1-2 weeks per prototype).
  • Collaborate with content creators to translate prototypes into step-by-step tutorials or demos for YouTube and our community platform.
  • Test and iterate prototypes based on community feedback to ensure functionality, usability, and alignment with learner needs.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services (e.g., Zapier, Google Workspace) to enhance prototype functionality and demonstrate automation capabilities.
  • Document development processes clearly for educational content, ensuring non-technical audiences can follow along.
  • Stay updated on AI and no-code trends to propose innovative prototype ideas that align with course and community goals.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in software development or prototyping, with experience in rapid app development using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Framer, Glide, Bubble).
  • Proficiency with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit AI, Gemini, GPT, Claude) for prototyping or automation.
  • Strong ability to deliver functional prototypes under tight deadlines, with a focus on usability and clean design.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Google Workspace, Twilio).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to document processes clearly and collaborate with content teams for educational outputs.
  • Fluent in English; Ukrainian proficiency is a bonus for local engagement.
  • Proactive, collaborative spirit, equipped with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • Bonus: Experience creating content for tutorials, courses, or community platforms like Skool or Notion.
