About the Role
Valper is building the future of affordable housing and property services. We are doing it with lean, AI-augmented teams. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to move fast, build smart, and own outcomes. You will bring expertise in digital marketing and pair it with AI tools to design and run campaigns that fuel both investor pipelines and home service growth.

This is not a task-following role. We need a builder. Someone who understands funnels, owns the numbers, and uses AI as a key part of their daily work. You will shape how we show up online, how leads are captured and nurtured, and how both sides of our business grow with clarity.

What You'll Do
Build and launch full-funnel marketing campaigns across Senda Homes and Senda Group

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Canva, and others to automate execution

Create a consistent presence across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with structured content calendars

Design and implement lead generation and email nurturing workflows

Own reporting. Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and surface insights weekly

Write case studies, testimonials, and landing page copy to build investor trust

Manage tools, vendors, and platforms for growth experimentation

What Success Looks Like
Launch 3 or more automated funnels within 90 days

Triple the number of qualified leads across both business lines within six months

Build a brand presence from scratch into a credible, visible footprint

Turn disorganized marketing activity into structured, measurable systems

Who You Are
You have 3 or more years in digital marketing, ideally in a startup or lean environment

You are fluent in AI tools and not afraid to use them to automate and improve workflows

You have built campaigns that delivered actual results

You are a strong writer, an independent executor, and a quick problem solver

You are energized by autonomy and comfortable owning your outcomes

Nice-to-Haves
Experience marketing in real estate, property services, or investor-related spaces

A portfolio of funnels, email sequences, or campaigns you've shipped

Familiarity with co-living, proptech, or affordable housing models
