About Us:
We're a fast-growing marketing team working with service businesses to scale through social media advertising. We're hiring an AI Video Editor who can create short-form, high-converting video ads (15–60 seconds) using AI-powered video generation tools. If you're efficient, creative, and familiar with platforms like Pictory, Runway, InVideo, or CapCut AI, this is a great opportunity to work long-term with a results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI tools to generate short-form video ads for Facebook and Instagram (mostly vertical format).

Turn simple text, scripts, or raw inputs into scroll-stopping videos with captions, transitions, call-to-actions, and stock visuals.

Quickly assemble engaging video content using pre-built templates, voiceovers, and stock footage.

Edit for clarity, speed, and mobile viewing — the first 3 seconds must capture attention.

Optimize output for A/B testing and ad variations.

Organize files, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback efficiently.

Requirements:

1 year of experience with video editing or AI video generation tools (Pictory, Runway, InVideo, Descript, CapCut, etc.).

Strong sense of pacing, branding, and visual hierarchy.

Familiarity with best practices for Facebook/Instagram ads, including dimensions, hooks, and CTAs.

Ability to follow instructions, replicate styles, and work fast with minimal revisions.

Strong internet connection and ability to handle file transfers.

Attention to detail and ability to balance speed with quality.

Portfolio or recent AI-generated video samples required.

Rate & Schedule:

Pay: $3.50 USD/hour

10-15 hours/week depending on skill and availability

Flexible schedule but must meet agreed deadlines

Remote, long-term position for the right candidate

Bonus if You Have:

Experience working with marketing agencies or ad buyers

Ability to generate copy or ideas based on scripts

Graphic design or basic animation skills (Canva, After Effects, etc.)
