About Us

At Patient Autopilot, we help chiropractors grow their practices by automating patient acquisition through targeted ad campaigns, funnel creation, and detailed reporting. We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Assistant to take over essential, repetitive tasks and support the marketing team's efficiency.

Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will assist the marketing services team by handling routine tasks such as daily reporting, creative management, funnel creation, and client outreach. This role will help free up senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to focus on strategy and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Reporting: Create and deliver client performance reports hours/day).
Monthly Audits: Conduct account audits and check performance metrics (30 min/day).
Monthly Metrics Reports: Compile monthly data and submit metrics reports (3 hours/month).
Creative Management: Manage client creative folders, assign creatives to design, and notify the CS team of any missing assets.
Basic Optimizations: Handle routine optimizations and updates like testing metrics, links, and budget edits.
Task Management: Perform basic tasks such as uploading creatives, calendar updates, GHL setup (onboarding/offboarding), and making minor landing page adjustments.
Bi-Weekly Stats & Client Emails: Assist CS with bi-weekly stats reports and send bulk client emails.
-GoHighLevel (GHL) Changes: Implement GHL changes across accounts, including updates like A2P compliance.

Qualifications

- Experience with marketing platforms, particularly Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Ads.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in handling reporting, funnel creation, and optimizations.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
