Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Virtual Assistant with exceptional graphic design expertise and proficiency in AI tools to join our remote team. This role is perfect for a creative, versatile individual who excels at producing diverse, high-quality visuals for various digital and print platforms using cutting-edge AI platforms like MidJourney, Playground, ChatGPT, and other trending tools. You will support our business by delivering dynamic graphic design solutions across multiple project types. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test project to demonstrate their diverse skills.

Responsibilities

Create professional graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, branding, and other digital or print media, including occasional child-friendly visuals.
Utilize AI tools such as MidJourney, Playground, ChatGPT, and others to generate unique images, illustrations, or design concepts for a wide range of applications.
Refine AI-generated outputs using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to meet high-quality standards and project specifications.
Collaborate remotely with the team to interpret creative briefs and deliver designs that align with brand and project goals.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent excellence.
Perform administrative tasks related to design, such as organizing assets, responding to feedback, and documenting processes.
Stay current with 2025 graphic design trends and emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive edge in creative output.

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of professional designs across different styles and formats (e.g., social media, branding, illustrations, or video).
Proficiency in AI tools like MidJourney, Playground, and ChatGPT for image creation, ideation, or content generation. Experience with additional tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI (Magic Studio), Leonardo.Ai, Kling AI, or Perplexity AI (visual generation) is highly preferred.
Strong skills in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Excellent eye for detail, color, composition, and typography, with the ability to adapt to various design aesthetics, including whimsical, child-friendly styles.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
Willingness to complete a paid test project that includes a children's illustration among other deliverables to demonstrate diverse skills.
Experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative tasks is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating assets for multiple platforms, such as social media (Instagram, YouTube), websites, or marketing campaigns, with some exposure to child-friendly designs.
Ability to produce illustrations or motion graphics using AI tools like Midjourney or Runway ML.
Basic knowledge of branding or marketing to align designs with strategic goals.
Enthusiasm for learning new AI tools and adapting to evolving design trends in 2025.

Paid Test Project
Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test project to showcase their versatility and skills through three distinct design deliverables:

Work Details

Location: Fully remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred).
Schedule: Flexible, with availability for 20–30 hours per week preferred.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Please include your expected hourly or monthly rate in your application. (Note: The paid test project rate is separate and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.)
Start Date: Immediate, following successful completion of the paid test project and final hiring.
