We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, contract monitoring, and billing—initially focused on HR-related vendors and agencies.
This role is designed as a stepping stone into the central Procurement team once HR operations stabilize.
Experience in HR is a strong advantage, particularly in managing manpower agencies, recruitment firms, and people-related services—but this is a procurement role first.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement for HR-related goods and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies; monitor contracts, renewals, and compliance.
Billing & Cost Control
- Validate invoices against contracts, timesheets, and service usage.
- Prepare payment documents and maintain audit-ready records.
Sourcing & Procurement Operations
- Support sourcing, vendor comparisons, and purchase processing.
- Maintain procurement trackers and resolve billing issues with Finance and HR.
Inventory & Compliance
- Track HR-related inventory and support company-wide procurement as needed.
- Conduct occasional vendor site visits and ensure complete, compliant documentation.
Non-Negotiables
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or HR Operations with procurement exposure.
- Experience in vendor billing validation, invoice reconciliation, or timekeeping-based billing.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, trackers, basic analysis).
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and record management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, confident communicator with vendors and internal teams.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
