JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Clinical Services Manager
(USRN) to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care within our hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years of hospital experience
, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in clinical management, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and support clinical staff to ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and standards in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Oversee staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations for clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, and hospital policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor patient care metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage clinical budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization.
- Serve as a clinical advisor and mentor to staff, fostering professional development and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse (USRN) license
in good standing. - Minimum
5 years of hospital experience
, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. - Strong knowledge of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and hospital operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and implement solutions effectively.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation processes, and patient safety programs.
