The opportunity:

As a Senior Product Owner at Yondu Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of innovative digital products that create value for our customers. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritise features, and ensure the successful execution of our digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into clear and actionable product roadmaps
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and incorporate them into the product vision
  • Prioritise and groom the product backlog to align with strategic priorities
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product increments
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of product initiatives
  • Communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market activities

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in their practical application
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that meet business objectives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Familiarity with product development tools and techniques, such as user research, prototyping, and A/B testing
