Product Owner

Job Summary:
We're hiring a Product Owner to lead and deliver digital banking initiatives. You'll manage product backlogs, oversee project execution, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
Key Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading digital platform projects.
- Background in Digital, Retail, or Consumer Banking (e.g., credit cards, loans, remittance).
- Strong in product ownership, project management tools (MS Project, Visio), and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Delegate Product Owner for digital platform projects.
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with business units, vendors, and project teams.
- Track project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php110,000.00 per month
