Product Owner

We're seeking a Product Owner to lead ITSM & Monitoring platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Translate business needs into features and user stories
- Partner with dev teams to deliver scalable, on-time solutions
- Drive automation, usability, and continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders, manage vendors, and lead a product team
KPIs for Success:
- Release velocity & time-to-market
- Backlog health and incident reduction
- Automation & adoption rates
- User satisfaction (NPS) and platform usability
- On-time, on-budget project delivery
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in ITSM/ESM or product ownership roles
- ITIL 4 certification highly preferred
- CSPO/PSPO/SAFe POPM certification
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira SM, BMC Helix, or Freshservice
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
