Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Checking and compilation of EIR
  • Billing monitoring
  • They maintain financial records for individual shipments and entire transportation fleets
  • They work closely with dispatchers and transportation managers to ensure accurate billing and payment for services
  • Accounting staff manage accounts receivable related to transportation transactions
  • Organize, Fixed, and documents EIR
  • They use accounting software and other tools to manage financial data and generate reports
  • Performed other related tasks as may be assigned by the management

Job Skills/Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 1-2 years previous experience in accounting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge in Trucking/Logistics set of industry
  • Has an experience in EIR, Billing, Incoterms
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
