Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant who will handle both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, be highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor all accounts payable transactions (invoices, billing statements, and payment vouchers).
  • Prepare and issue official receipts, statements of account, and collection follow-ups for accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in reconciling supplier statements and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Support month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably handling both AR and AP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (SAP experience is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
