The Warehouseman is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of agricultural products, supplies, and equipment within the warehouse. This role ensures proper inventory management, compliance with agricultural handling standards, and timely support for operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and record deliveries of agricultural products, seeds, feeds, fertilizers, and related supplies.
  • Properly store materials in designated areas to maintain quality and prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders according to company and customer requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and agricultural storage guidelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and farm/field operations teams for timely supply distribution.
  • Assist in monitoring the condition of stored products, particularly perishable or sensitive agricultural items.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • With knowledge of agricultural products, handling requirements, and storage procedures.
  • Preferably with experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks such as lifting, organizing, and moving items.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems) an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
