Responsibilities:
Our Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for helping to ensure that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimize product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements. They must be able to identify, document, execute and analyze different test scenarios and document test results, by understanding the functionality and business processes related to the product while continuing to advance expertise through training and shadowing. The ideal candidate must display the initiative to help with the continuous advancement of our products by identifying potential issues and areas of improvement. This position will take direction from QA leadership and execute on simple and complex tasks with minimal assistance from more senior QA staff as needed.
Create test cases and test data for assigned test scenarios for review by Senior QA or QA Leads.Execute and document test scripts and analyze results and respond to feedback from QA Leadership.Identify and isolate bugs in software and document them thoroughly.Work with more Senior QA members to perform basic troubleshooting of product issues/bugsIdentify potential issues in the software by requesting clarification of unclear requirements and by questioning requirements that seem incorrect.Understand the core functionality and business process related to the product and expand knowledge to more complex functionality and business processes.Be able to execute simple tasks without supervision and small to medium complexity projects with minimal supervision.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree – IT Related Preferred or Compelling work history.QA Experience or Experience working with SAPStrong communications skillsCritical ThinkingGood Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsPreferred Qualifications:
