BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for establishing Quality System Controls, data analysis, related to checking and driving quality issues resolution to achieve customer satisfaction. Interface with customer in terms of quality issues, criteria calibration and documentations and to ensure changes are clearly understood by working group, interface with new customer for product and process qualification.

Responsible for developing and maintaining quality of all materials for inspection or processing. Act as the technical representative with the customer in implementing new criteria

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives 8D report generation or equivalent on customer complaints. Monitors until closure
  • Reviews and updates quality control specification to ensure they are aligned with process specifications
  • Attends and gives resolution to all quality matters in the line
  • Interfaces with customer or supplier for quality issues
  • Attends to supplier or customer visits
  • Provide documents/ analysis to all quality issues reported by customers
  • Technical liaison for customer and customer end user
  • Conducts statistical studies and trends analysis of customer complaints feedback
  • Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

· Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent

· Must have at least 2 years experience gain from a semiconductor company or equivalent in related field

· Must have a strong leadership skills

· Above average communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
