Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creation of reusable assets

A Day in the Life

  • Work with customers to understand business challenges related to cloud security and design technical solutions to address those needs
  • Support regional teams and customers across ASEAN as the field security Subject Matter Expert, offering prescriptive guidance on secure and resilient design principles
  • Lead innovation initiatives to deliver solutions that address emerging business requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a wide range of cloud services (e.g., virtual machines, storage, databases, serverless, identity and access management, networking, infrastructure as code)
  • Professional-level cloud certifications preferred
  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying security solutions and infrastructure
  • Implementation experience with enterprise security technologies such as SSO, Federation, WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM
  • Understanding of architectural implications of meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST frameworks, and regional regulations
