Senior Director Global Security

The
Global Security Leader
will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive global security strategy to ensure the safety of employees, clients, facilities, and assets across all call center operations worldwide. This role will oversee site-based security personnel, manage employee travel risk programs, and ensure secure, seamless experiences for client visits to company sites. The Global Security Leader will serve as the primary point of contact for all security matters, fostering a culture of safety and trust while protecting the company's reputation and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
:

Global Security Strategy & Leadership

• Develop, implement, and manage a global security framework that aligns with the company's business objectives and client commitments.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior executives on emerging risks, security incidents, and crisis preparedness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and international security organizations.

Site Security Oversight

• Direct the activities of security personnel across global call center locations, ensuring consistent standards and operational excellence.
• Establish and enforce access control procedures, visitor management systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security drills at each site to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Implement technology-driven solutions (e.g., surveillance, access control, monitoring) to enhance site security.

Employee Travel Security

• Oversee the global travel risk management program to protect employees traveling domestically and internationally.
• Provide travel advisories, pre-travel briefings, and real-time monitoring of global events that may impact travel safety.
• Establish emergency response protocols for employees during travel disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other crises.

Client Visit Security

• Design and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for client visits to company sites.
• Coordinate with operations and client management teams to manage logistics, access, and risk assessments for client engagements.
• Provide tailored security support for VIP clients, government delegations, or high-profile visitors.

Risk Management & Incident Response

• Lead incident investigations related to security breaches, fraud, or misconduct while working hand in hand with the Global Fraud Committee and local HR.
• Develop and manage crisis management plans, including business continuity and emergency response.
• Monitor and report on global trends that may affect business operations, such as political instability or health crises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate security, preferably in a global BPO/call center, technology, or multinational services environment.
• Strong track record in managing site security operations, global travel risk programs, and executive/client visit security.
• Experience leading dispersed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISM are strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
