Job Description: Deal Support Analyst

The Deal Support Analyst provides operational support to the global Sales Operations team by preparing accurate quotations, validating pricing, and ensuring all deals comply with company policies. This role works closely with sellers and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth sales processes, high-quality data, and compliant deal structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sellers by preparing accurate and timely quotations using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Validate pricing, approvals, discounts, contract terms, and promotional structures for compliance with company and third-party policies.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure all deal information is complete, correct, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve deal-related issues and ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
  • Manage case-related tasks using case management tools, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Assist in deal structuring and provide guidance to sellers on pricing configurations, deal options, and requirements.
Skills & Technical Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience using case management tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Strong experience in CRM systems, including data entry, workflow navigation, and customer record maintenance.
  • Must have experience in Quote creation and familiarity with sales quotation workflows.
  • Salesforce background is a strong advantage; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting pricing structures and deal values.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a matrix environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptable, quick to learn, and willing to undergo continuous training.
