Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports for sales and marketing performance.
  • Analyze sales revenue, patient volume, corporate accounts, referrals, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs, and account performance.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct variance and root-cause analysis on performance gaps.
Data Management & Integration
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (sales reports, CRM, clinic systems, marketing platforms).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of metrics and definitions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to improve data quality and reporting processes.
Reporting & Decision Support
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and insights for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategies, promotions, and new service launches.
  • Support evaluation of corporate accounts, doctor referral performance, and marketing ROI.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Recommend improvements to sales and marketing reporting processes and data workflows.
  • Support automation of reports and dashboards to reduce manual work.
  • Assist in CRM optimization and BI tool utilization.
Compliance & Data Governance
  • Ensure data handling complies with company policies, data privacy regulations, and healthcare standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business and patient-related data.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong background in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with CRM and sales systems is an advantage.
