Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work Schedule: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM PH Time Zone (Night Shift)

Holidays to follow: US Holidays

We're looking for a detail-oriented US General Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of US accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and excellent client service. You'll work closely with team leads, managers, and clients to deliver high-quality accounting support.

What You'll Do

Core Accounting Tasks:

  • Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging reports.
  • Post journal entries for month-end closing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and complete sales tax filings.
  • Reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
  • Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other ad hoc reports for clients.
  • Complete other accounting tasks assigned by clients, team leads, or managers.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Deliver services in a timely, accurate manner while building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Apply a consulting mindset. Solve complex accounting problems and work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of US General Accounting / Financial Accounting experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Preferred:

  • CPA, CA, CMA, or other professional accounting designation.
  • Experience with US accounting standards.
  • BPO experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis).
