Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Documentation Specialist to support our corporate security and cybersecurity operations. This role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining security-related procedures, as well as generating intelligence reports and analysis to guide management decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical writing, information security, and intelligence analysis, with the ability to translate complex technical and security information into clear, actionable documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:Security Procedures & Policies

  • Develop, edit, and maintain security policies, SOPs, and compliance documents.
  • Document workflows for incident response, risk management, and access control procedures.
  • Ensure documents comply with regulatory standards (ISO
  • Develop procedures to address findings and recommendations from threat analysis reports.

Intelligence Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, security risk assessments, and threat monitoring.
  • Prepare intelligence briefs, threat analysis reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
  • Support the security team in identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and emerging threats.
  • Present findings in formats tailored to technical teams, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with cybersecurity, compliance, IT teams and security stakeholders to gather data and validate information.
  • Provide documentation support during audits, certifications, and client security reviews.
  • Assist in creating training materials and awareness content for employees on security practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Technical Communication, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in technical writing, documentation, cybersecurity, or intelligence analysis.
  • Experience drafting security procedures, compliance documentation, and intelligence reports.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC 2).
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
