Ÿ  Take each account from Sale to Closing (takeout) in accordance with the seasoning of the account

Ÿ  Collect required documents from buyers within the prescribed period and follow-up on missing items

Ÿ  Prepare loan documents and ensure its completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy

Ÿ  Signs loan documents as witness

Ÿ  Review property titles and related loan documents to ensure that established standards are met, including compliance with various financing institution's regulations and company policy

Ÿ  Evaluate credit worthiness of buyers through credit interviews; reviews buyer's credit reports; create credit review reports ie research on histories and present loans

Ÿ  Assist buyers with loan inquiries

Ÿ  Check appraisal and makes sure appraisals are up to date to avoid loan cuts

Ÿ  Ensure timely submission of buyer folders to various financing institutions

Ÿ  Bills customers of the equity or other outstanding charges that a client needs to settle prior to takeout, and monitors buyer's equity and other pre-takeout payments

Ÿ  Resolve billing discrepancies at the request of customer

Ÿ  Coordinate closely with financing institution counterpart in order to takeout the account as scheduled

Ÿ  Informs Finance of the accounts taken out on a weekly basis

Ÿ  Enter documentary requirements and submissions into the IFCA Software for proper monitoring

Ÿ  Establish and maintain an updated and accurate Database of buyer accounts

Ÿ  Maintain a buyer's folder with complete, accurate and compliant documents based on company policy and various financing institution's regulations

Ÿ  Ensure customer privacy and security of files

Ÿ  Make recommendations on various buyer requests or procedural changes to increase efficiency
