We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive specializing in Events Sales. This role is pivotal in driving banquet and events revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and building strong relationships with corporate and social accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase event bookings and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and social accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the banquet operations, F&B, and front office teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of proven sales experience in hotel events/banquets division.
  • Strong network with corporate accounts, event planners, and social organizers is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
