Job Summary: Lead and oversee designated branch operations to achieve management objectives while maintaining outstanding sales standards and customer experience.

  1. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, usage, and care to drive sales
  2. Ensure sales targets and quotas are consistently achieved
  3. Analyze sales performance and forecast future sales
  4. Implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue
  5. Manage stock levels, stock control, and physical inventory counts
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  7. Oversee monthly visual merchandising and store displays
  8. Conduct daily staff briefings and supervise store personnel
  9. Train, coach, and mentor team members, including new hires
  10. Motivate staff and promote teamwork and engagement
  11. Monitor individual performance and provide timely, objective feedback
  12. Prepare and manage monthly staff schedules
  13. Assist the Sales Manager in resolving employee concerns and scheduling matters
  14. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues professionally
  15. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and updates
  16. Prepare and update Daily Operations Reports (DOR)
  17. Prepare and lead monthly store presentations
  18. Monitor, validate, and manage all transactional forms and documents

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course in Business/Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience of the same capacity in any retail industry

  • Required skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proven expertise in store operations management

  • Must be amenable to work in any of the ff branches: Glorietta Mall Makati / Mall of Asia / Trinoma / Festival Mall / Edsa Shangrila / Gateway
