Role Description

This role can be part-time or full-time, and is offered as a remote position.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience to lead requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for platform development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Perform gap analysis and help define solution approaches.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and test-case development.
  • Maintain structured product and requirement documentation.
  • Translate business problems into clear, actionable specifications.

Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of business analysis experience in software or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong documentation skills—BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand data concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

      Background in telecom analytics, CRM/CVM workflows, or pricing/offer platforms.

·      Experience with dashboards, experimentation, or analytics products.
