The Marketing, Graphic Design & Website Content Officer is responsible for developing high-quality visual content, managing digital marketing activities, and maintaining the company's online presence across all platforms. This role requires creative expertise, strong technical skills, and the ability to produce professional designs for brochures, campaigns, reports, and digital channels. The position will also lead client social media strategy and oversee website updates, ensuring consistent branding, growth in online visibility, and engagement with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Develop layouts, graphics, and production designs for brochures, posters, advertisements, corporate reports, and marketing materials.
• Create and edit high-quality images, infographics, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Produce short-form promotional videos (approx. 1-minute snippets) for marketing purposes; smart use of AI tools is acceptable.
• Design annual newsletters, client updates, and internal communication material.
• Ensure all content aligns with MRL Global branding guidelines.

Website Content & Management

• Update website content regularly using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Improve website layout, product/service information, imagery, and SEO-friendly text.
• Coordinate website enhancements and collaborate with external developers when required.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop, implement, and manage MRL Global's social media strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage all social media platforms via Zoho social
• Monitor social media campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for brand positioning.

Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives for product launches, events, and client presentations.
• Maintain and organise the digital asset library (photos, videos, design files).
• Provide administrative support to the sales and executive team as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Manage all social media platforms via Zoho social
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience with Zoho Campaigns is mandatory.
• Proven work experience in social media management, digital marketing, and graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools (or equivalent).
• Experience creating and implementing social media strategies.
• Competency in WordPress for basic website editing and updates.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Outlook.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and manage deadlines.
• Strong command of English—both written and verbal.

Desirable

• Experience creating corporate reports, newsletters, or magazine-style layouts.
• video creating/editing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital ad campaigns.
