We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Billing Specialist to join our growing Healthcare BPO team. In this role, you'll handle end-to-end patient billing processes, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and resolve billing discrepancies to support our clients in delivering seamless healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process patient billing data from healthcare providers and EMR systems
  • Generate and submit accurate patient invoices and claims
  • Follow up on unpaid bills, claim denials, and insurance-related issues
  • Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve billing questions
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, billing regulations, and client-specific requirements
  • Document all activities in the system with proper notes and status updates
  • Participate in audits, training, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare billing, RCM, or medical billing in a BPO setting
  • Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
  • Knowledge of billing software (e.g., Epic, Athena, Kareo, or similar platforms)
  • Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
