OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

CLIENT: AUSTRALIA; REMOTE

SHIFT: DAY / MORNING PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Once hired, team members are not allowed to go on leave of absence on the first 4 weeks of training.

General list of duties not limited to:

  • Sales Focus

To effectively convey product information in a clear and concise manner. Quickly identifies the customer's reaction and takes appropriate steps to close the sale while maintaining or enhancing the relationship with the customer.

  • Make outbound calls to people
  • Communicates clearly and concisely avoiding ambiguity and jargon
  • A good use of the English language or language of origin
  • Adopts a tone which is both professional and customer-focused
  • Ability to point out features & advantages of purchase
  • Ability to close
  • Relationship building for repeat business purposes
  • Pro-active rather than re-active orientation
  • Enter details of interaction in the system
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Gives high priority to customer satisfaction. Determines the needs and manages the expectations of the customer and delivers solutions to best meet those needs.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection : Minimum of 10mbps internet connection for your Main and Backup connections
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer with dual monitors
  • Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headset
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Webcam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
