QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Construction or Civil Engineering Industry
  • Strong grasp of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent skills in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
  • Draft job postings and source candidates via online platforms, social media, referrals, LGUs, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers; provide feedback and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a strong employer brand presence through proactive engagement on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to the Senior HR Officer and HR Manager.
  • Conduct background checks and employment reference verification.
  • Stay informed of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent attraction events.
  • Prepare job offers for approval by the HR Manager or President.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
