JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Campaign Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of campaign activities to ensure timely execution and achieve campaign objectives.

  2. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, customer preferences, and competitive insights through continuous learning and industry research. Gather and analyze data to assist in making informed marketing decisions and developing targeted marketing strategies.

  3. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all event-related materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.

  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as but not limited to Sales, Procurement, and Accounting, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. Maintain effective communication within the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination

  5. Brand Management: Support brand consistency and integrity by ensuring that marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Assist in monitoring and managing the brand's reputation and online presence.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

(Minimum Educational Attainment, Minimum Relevant Work Experience, Other Skills/Competencies required)

  1. Educational Background: Senior High School or college undergraduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is typically preferred with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.

  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively convey ideas, and communicate with internal teams, and customers.

  3. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

  4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. The ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to group projects is highly valued.

  5. Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important qualities.

  6. Last but not the least: Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite. Demonstrates enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve is highly regarded.
