Position Summary
Gushcloud US is seeking a proactive and organized
Brand Outreach Assistant
to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to brand decision-makers, initiating conversations, and scheduling high-quality calls for our executive team, including the Group CEO and Charlotte (Head of Talent & Partnerships, US). This is a front-facing, high-impact role that helps fuel the growth of our US business.
Core Functions
- Research and identify prospective brand partners aligned with Gushcloud's talent and IP offerings
- Craft compelling outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and social platforms
- Conduct follow-ups and manage communication threads until meetings are confirmed
- Coordinate and schedule discovery or pitch calls for the CEO or Charlotte
- Maintain and update CRM or tracking spreadsheets for outreach activity
- Assist with preparing briefing notes for meetings when necessary
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, PR, or brand outreach (preferably in entertainment, media, talent, or influencer marketing)
- Previous experience booking meetings for executives or sales leads
- Understanding of brand categories that typically work with creators (beauty, fashion, tech, wellness, etc.)
- Based in the US or familiar with US brand and agency landscape
- Excellent written communication and persuasive outreach skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Familiarity with digital creators, brand marketing, and influencer space is a big plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable)
- Shift schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday 5:00AM to 2:00PM.
- Amenable to a hybrid setup, with onsite reporting twice a week at our office in Greenhills, San Juan City
