We're looking for an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective—while aligning with our strategic business goals.

As the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll ensure solutions are innovative, sustainable, and future-ready. This is a cross-domain role, covering both B2B and B2C aspects of our business, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on versatility and impact.

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into architectural designs, diagrams, and concepts.

• Develop robust, resilient end-to-end solutions across cloud, applications, and data.

• Lead modernization initiatives, including migrating monolithic systems to microservices architectures.

• Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-driven practices across the company.

• Guide database modernization projects, including migrations from SQL Server to PostgreSQL.

• Ensure architectures scale across both B2B and B2C models, including partner ecosystems.

• Lead technical design sessions and align solutions with enterprise standards.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms that deliver measurable value.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and future-proof performance across systems.

• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect.

• Strong expertise in the AWS cloud stack (IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation/Terraform, CloudWatch).

• Proficiency in cloud-native application design.

• Hands-on experience migrating legacy systems to modern stacks.

• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.

• Deep experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).

• Expertise in databases, data lakes, and query optimization.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, observability, test automation).

• Experience with .NET and Java-based stacks.

• Ability to design solutions supporting cross-domain B2B & B2C processes.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in remote/virtual teams.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

• TOGAF, SAFe, or other enterprise architecture certifications.
