About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect who will lead the end-to-end design of enterprise-grade Salesforce ecosystems. You'll combine functional expertise with deep technical knowledge to architect scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Translate complex business needs into multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
  • Oversee data modeling, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.
  • Provide architectural guidance to functional and technical teams.
  • Review code, configurations, and design documents to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Manage client workshops, solution roadmaps, and long-term platform evolution.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience including project leadership or architecture design.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ).
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce data model, APIs, automation, and integration frameworks.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce rollouts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, integration platforms, and data governance models.
  • Cross-functional leadership in hybrid Salesforce and non-Salesforce ecosystems.
