Monitor submission of Incident Reports, updating spreadsheet and follow-up actions required.

Monitor and update the safety observations tracking record and follow-up the corrective actions required with the concerned personnel.

Prepares safety training schedules, conducts safety training and assists in coordinating with external / internal trainers.

Coordinates with the client safety officer for all safety requirements and concerns.

Monitors the training requirements, certifications and records administrator.

Prepare Safety Announcements, Notices, Weekly Safety Message, and Weekly Tool Box Topic.

Conduct regular safety inspections of company facilities and the workplace.

Respond to employees' safety concerns and emergencies within the company premises.

Conduct safety risk assessments

Conduct safety orientations to all employees, on-site contractors/workers and visitors.

Assist in coordinating safety testing and/or evaluations with external agencies and consultants. 2.13 Assist in processing and coordinating government compliance with regards to safety requirements.

Assist other Safety Officers in correcting and responding to DOLE inspection reports concerning safety issues.

Assist in investigating incident reports to find out causes and propose an action plan to resolve safety issues.

Conducts work environment measurement.

Assist in the implementation of safety standards in compliance with ISO 9001

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate is a must

With 1 years of experience as a Safety Officer

WILLING TO WORK IN BINGA

With BOSH/COSH/ Pollution Control

Must have Safety Officer certification.

A bachelor's degree or an associate degree.

Strong communication skills.

Experience in this position.
